Simply Sleep
Simply Sleep offers an age-appropriate membership service which is designed for families that have followed either of our full plans and is recommended up to approximately 3 years of age. Designed to proactively keep up with your child's ever-changing sleep requirements as they grow through prompting suggested changes to your child's sleep schedule in-line with their developmental needs.
We contact you at typical transition points and will advise you on signs of readiness to look out for so that you feel empowered to judge when your child is ready for each change.

Baby gym
Baby Gym takes place at the Manx Gymnastics Centre of Excellence every weekday from 9:30 to 11:30, excluding summer holidays. The cost is £2.50 for children under 1 and £6 for those over 1, with no need to book—just turn up!
Little leaves
Little Leaves Play run a range of welcoming, friendly and relaxed developmental classes at their base in Colby. All of their classes focus on playfulness and nurturing the important connection between parent and child, as well as building strong foundations in brain development. This is achieved through a range of sensory and movement activities including baby/toddler massage & reflexology, tummy time, baby & children’s yoga, developmental play and Wobbel Yoga®.
Little Leaves Play offer a range of classes from birth to pre-school which can be found on at Little Leaves Play.
Jumping Jacks
Sessions take place at the NSC on Tuesdays from 10:00-12:00 and 13:00-16:00, and
on Thursdays from 10:00-12:00 and 13:00-15:00, with each session lasting one hour.
The cost per session is £3.85.
Spaces are limited to 20 per session, so booking in advance is recommended.
